Thomas Lamprecht c6aa0807cd buildsys: use cleanup-docgen target from pve-doc-generator 
Replace the hand-rolled rm command for cleaning generated
documentation files with the cleanup-docgen target provided by
pve-doc-generator.mk. This ensures that the generated/ subdirectory
used by newer pve-doc-generator versions is properly cleaned up too.
